Officials say the plan will emphasize innovation-driven growth, self-sufficiency in technology, expanded domestic consumption, and balanced regional development—reflecting a strategic shift toward high-quality economic expansion.

According to insights from policymakers and analysts, the forthcoming blueprint will place greater focus on advanced manufacturing, green technologies, digital transformation, and urbanization initiatives
